- What payment options do I have and where do I pay import duties and taxes (outside the EU)?
You can pay with:
- Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, JCB®, Discover®, Diners Club®
- PayPal, PayPal Express
- European customers only: payment in advance via bank transfer (2% discount)
- Apple Pay (via Stripe)
- Google Pay (via Stripe)
We always charge in EUR.
If your delivery address is outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, VAT and other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They may be collected by the carrier, customs authorities or another designated service provider.

- I run a business located in the EU and would like to purchase without German VAT – how does it work?
If you operate a business within the European Union and can provide a valid EU VAT number, you may qualify for a VAT-exempt intra-Community supply.
The shipping address and invoice address must be identical. Please inform us before or immediately after your purchase via our contact form. Once your VAT number has been successfully verified, we will refund the German VAT to your original payment method.
- Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is €80 (excluding shipping costs). For deliveries to the United Kingdom, a minimum merchandise value of GBP 135 (approximately €160) applies.

Business days are Monday to Friday. The delivery time shown on the product page applies in addition to the following average transit times:

- Does Berondi ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries worldwide via insured DHL delivery. You will receive a DHL tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, a minimum merchandise value of GBP 135 applies.
- Does Berondi check the delivery address?
Yes. Each order is processed manually. Where necessary, we review and correct address formatting (for example postal codes, states, provinces or city names) according to standard international shipping formats.
- Does Berondi ship without German VAT to countries outside the EU?
Yes. For deliveries outside the European Union, German VAT is removed automatically during checkout once a qualifying delivery address has been entered. Import duties, customs fees, VAT and other charges may still apply in the destination country.
- How much is shipping?
Shipping costs per order (regardless of the number of items):
Germany: free shipping
EU countries: €15 (incl. VAT)
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: €15 (without German VAT)
USA: €79 (without German VAT, DHL Express)
Australia and New Zealand: €59 (without German VAT)
All other countries outside the EU: €49 (without German VAT)
- How do I calculate my total costs for deliveries outside the EU?
The prices displayed in the Berondi shop include German VAT. For deliveries outside the European Union, German VAT is removed during checkout. Import duties, customs fees, VAT and other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking the applicable import regulations with your local customs authority before placing an order. For customs classification purposes, the following HS codes may be useful:

Deliveries within Germany and the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties.
- How do I pay import duties and taxes?
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are usually collected by the carrier or local customs authorities before or upon delivery. The exact procedure depends on the destination country.
- How will my order be shipped? Is express delivery available?
Our products are shipped worldwide via insured DHL services. Depending on the destination country, shipments may be transported by air or ground services. Optional express delivery may be available for certain destinations. Please contact us before placing your order if you require expedited shipping. Delivery takes place Monday through Saturday.
- What happens if I am not at home when delivery is attempted?
If delivery cannot be completed, the shipment is usually held at the local post office or DHL collection point for a limited period before being returned to us. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the shipment where possible. DHL will usually leave a notification informing you of the attempted delivery.
- What happens in case of damage during transport?
Although all orders are packed carefully and shipped fully insured, transport damage can occasionally occur. If your shipment arrives damaged, please report the damage to the carrier if possible and inform us as soon as practicable. Photographs of the damage are very helpful and can speed up the claims process. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. If you wish to return an item, please contact us beforehand by email so that we can advise you of the correct return procedure.
