Order Processing
Orders are processed immediately after payment has been received.
As nearly all products are kept in stock, most orders are dispatched on the same or the next business day.
In rare cases, individual products may require an additional 1–2 weeks before dispatch. For bank transfer payments, delivery times begin once payment has been received.
All delivery times are estimates.
Shipping Conditions
- Worldwide shipping
- Orders containing items with different availability will generally be shipped together. In this case, the longest stated delivery time applies unless otherwise agreed.
- Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local taxes. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Transport Damage
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If any transport damage is visible, report it to the carrier immediately and notify us as soon as possible. Photos of the packaging and damaged goods help us process your claim quickly.
