Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is €80 (excluding shipping costs).

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, a minimum order value of GBP 135 (approximately €160) applies due to local import regulations.

Bank Transfer (2% Discount) - EU customers only

Customers paying by bank transfer receive a 2% discount on the merchandise value of their order.

Orders are processed once payment has been received.

When Will I Be Charged?

  • Credit Card: charged when your order is placed.
  • PayPal / PayPal Express: charged when your order is placed.
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: charged when your order is placed.
  • Bank Transfer: shipment is released after payment has been received.

All payments are processed in Euro (EUR).

VAT-Free Purchases for EU Businesses

Businesses located within the European Union may purchase VAT-free by providing a valid EU VAT number.

Requirements:

  • Valid EU VAT number (please file it in the shipping address form)
  • Shipping and billing address must be identical
  • Company located within the EU (outside Germany)

After successful verification, we will promptly refund the 19% German VAT to your original payment method.

Orders Shipped Outside the EU

All prices displayed in our shop include 19% German VAT.

Once you enter a delivery address outside the European Union, the German VAT is automatically deducted and your order is recalculated using net prices.

Depending on your country's regulations, import VAT, customs duties, or other local fees may be charged by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
